Leading with Emotional Intelligence

Mathieu created a comfortable environment where participants feel free to speak. After 18 years of attending various training programs, I can honestly say this experience felt different and meaningful, providing valuable insights and practical experience that I can carry forward.

Leading with Emotional Intelligence

The session provided valuable lessons on self-awareness, empathy, emotional regulation, and building stronger relationships within a team. I particularly appreciate the way he connected psychological principles with everyday leadership situations, making the learning both meaningful and applicable.

About me

My work draws on three worlds I have lived in.

Corporate and Investment Banking. Films and Theatre. Psychotherapy.

I spent ten years in corporate and investment banking at Société Générale.

Then I discovered acting, and with it the art of being truthful under imaginary circumstances.

I went on to train as a coach and an integrative psychotherapeutic counsellor, because I wanted to help people through the work of their own growth.

“The cave you fear to enter holds the treasure you seek.”
J. Campbell

My joy is to walk alongside my clients as they make the brave journey to the back of the cave, and find the treasure waiting there.
